Progressive Data Solutions was founded in 1993.  We specialize in providing PC computer systems running on the Microsoft Windows operating system to small and medium sized businesses as well as homeowners.  With the PCs, we also sell & support other peripherals to go with the computers like monitors, printers, scanners, backup devices, backup power supplies, etc.

Progressive Data Solutions sets up computer networks  for homeowners and businesses that have multiple computers and/or locations (different buildings or cities), who need to share real-time data simultaneously.

We setup Internet and email, install software programs, and troubleshoot PCs that lockup and/or freeze. We also do hardware and software upgrades to existing computers.

Progressive Data Solutions is involved in business accounting software (such as Quickbooks) which we sell, install, support provide one-on-one and group training (i.e. seminars).  We also are resellers for Visual Accountmate and Cougar Mountain. We provide bookkeeping support and help “straighten-out” financial data and prepare books for year-end.

We also install Point-of-Sale systems for retail stores that integrate with accounting systems (such as Quickbooks).  They are complete with bar-code scanners, cash drawers, credit card readers, pole displays, etc.

We also have 20 years of experience in custom software development. Some clients have a unique need such as a special report or data entry screen, or maybe to record information specific to their business. We listen to your needs, then design a program to gather, store & report important information the way you want it.  We have businesses that are still using our custom software today where the 1st version was developed in 1992!
